Already getting love from the likes of BBC1, BBC 6 Music and BBC 1xtra and more, her debut ‘Form’ EP (alongside the incredibly talented producer Embody) has made sure plenty of people have taken notice.

Expect big things.

His PRISM release continues where he left off and with a series of shows lined up, both in the UK and internationally, he’s set for a big future.

From making his name through his work with a host of the UK’s best rappers, Producer/DJ Jon Phonics has since seen his style evolve to encompass 2step, boogie, expressive synth leads and calculated drums while still finding time to channel the spirit of Godfather Don.

Fast forward to 2011 and after dropping the seminal ‘Beats and Pieces‘ and a series of free releases in the intervening time Jon had his biggest year to date, with shows from London to Madrid and back and ‘The One’ receiving spins from the likes of Kutmah (Brainfeeder), B Bravo (Frite Nite) and an appearance on Gilles Peterson’s ‘Brownswood Bubblers Seven’ compilation.

Never one to rest on his laurels, Jon has completed ‘Grid Games‘, his first EP on PRISM and most progressive work so far, setting off what looks to be a busy 2012.

Opal Block is an enigmatic man from the shores of Beautiful Blackpool.

Both a singer and a producer, raised on a diet of synthesisers from an early age to the extent that whilst he can fulfil the cliché of playing solos worthy of Rick Wakeman you’re more likely to find him emulating his heroes from the rave era.

Little music has been heard from Opal Block but he’s been steadily killing it over the years in whatever genre takes his fancy and building up a collection of tracks to put out when the time is right. We’ll be making sure that’s sooner rather than later.

Berlin-born Florian aka Evil Needle, now a resident of France, has spent the last couple of years steadily making his mark and developing his style to a point of smoothness that is hard to compete with.

2011 saw him drop both the ‘Cirrostratus’ and ‘Mood’ albums, with both acting as examples of a producer with an ear for the more soulful side of music and a dedication to detail that takes him beyond standard beatmaking.

More at home when crafting reverb drenched, Fender Rhodes laced, night-time music but equally adept at taking it uptempo, Needle will be surprising people with his versatility when they hear what’s planned on his debut PRISM outing.
